Very well. Went above and beyond to make the project sensational.

Seamlessly. Rob was wonderful to work with. He was patient while we were having permit issues and fit us into his schedule as soon as we were cleared to work. He was very responsive, affordable, flexible and all around great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and connected to great sub-contractors (who did our electrical and concrete work). He made the process very easy and stress free.

Showed up when he said, did the work for the price quoted, even though we changed a couple of things on him the day of the work. Very happy with the results and the work. Also really enjoyed Rob. He even let one of our sons try out the excavator, which made his week!

Rob does a top notch job and takes pride in his work. He is very thorough with his jobs and makes sure all safety factors are in place before and during the job. He does his work correctly the first time and I never have to call him back to re do a job. He is very dependable and responsive to time lines.

Our backyard sloped down gently from the house for about 60-70 yards with a total elevation change of about 15 ft.  The space was filled with debris including many boulders.  Total area was about 15,000 sq/ft
The goal was to create a level area for a large shed and another level area as the "backyard."
Day 1 Rob cleaned up the debris, removed a few trees, and moved the boulders
Day 2 Rob excavated to get the basic shape for the landscaped area including constructing a natural wall using boulders he excavated from the work area.
Day 3 and 4 Rob brought in fill and then loam.  He continued to excavate, pack, and survey to keep a small grade to address runoff from the house.
Day 5 Rob finished excavating, raked and seeded the entire space.
Overall we were extremely pleased with the final product.  Comments about Rob and Champion Construction:

1. 1. Professional - Rob arrived every morning at 7:15 a.m. and worked till 4:30 p.m.  He kept a clean and well organized work site.  He kept to budget in terms of $$ and time very closely. He followed up a few weeks after he seeded to inquire about the condition of the site.
3. 2. Flexibility - Rob worked with us for a mid-project scope change such that it had only a small impact on the overall budget and did not affect timing.

3. Experience - Rob has been doing this work for a long time.  He knows what works and what doesn't work.  He will explain the pros and cons of every aspect of the project and suggest alternatives.  He can budget very well and stays within guidelines.
I  recommend Rob for any landscaping projects without hesitation.

Champion Construction did an amazing job listening to our needs/the adaptations to the existing stair design required to allow elderly relatives safe, easy, energy conserving access to the beach. Rob was friendly professional and accommodating , contacting us as necessary to double check that he encompassed all of our needs in his design. Not only did he exceed our expectations but he actually stated " I tried to think about what would make it easier for my family member at every step of the project". This was evident in all aspects of the project. He also noticed some other modifications that could be made to a  nearby set of rock stairs to improve safety, made them without charging us , stating that he wanted to be sure that all were safe!  I would highly recommend Champion Construction and will definitely use them again for any and all construction projects.

Four days ago we contacted Rob Dombrowski of Champion Construction regarding the failure in our septic system. He responded very quickly and on a Sunday, he and other septic professionals came to our house. They arrived at 7:30am and departed at 4:30pm. His work was exceptional. Price was as quoted and even did some extra work for us.

After talking about what I wanted done, Rob came up with some workable solutions. I did give him some creative license so that he could work without my being home. He has so much experience and a good eye for what looks nice. He also has a keen understanding of what someone is looking for and can deliver. He did a fabulous job placing the huge cement steps and cleaning up any work area disturbance. He had to bring in heavy equipment across my property to place the steps. I came home from work, and the job was done--beautifully. I've had so many compliments on those steps. I highly recommend Champion Construction to do the heavy work!

Rob is honest, reliable and good to work with. He knows how to get work done, while living within a budget. He knows the environmental rules and is very knowledgeable on how to complete work in sensitive areas. He also has a great reputation with the State of NH and the town for following rules and procedures and complying with the many rules of each group. I would highly recommend Rob for any excavation of Septic project in the area.

Rob did a great job! He remembered everything on our list and did not complain when I changed my mind or asked him to do something difficult. He gave great recommendations for good products to use, nurseries, and a paving company to complete our project. He also called after the job was done to check how it was all working. Rob really cares about the quality of his work and making sure the homeowner is happy with the end product. As a bonus he was very kind to our children. We will call Rob for any future projects.

I chose Champion Construction to redo my septic system because I knew Rob to be honest and trustworthy as well as qualified and knowledgeable. He had done a couple of smaller landscaping projects for me, so I came to know him as someone who held my interests as a priority. And he took care of everything--every detail. He oversaw the designing of the new system, took care of all town and state permits and fees, as well as the final inspection. Every step of the way, he kept me informed on the process, sending me progress pictures of work being done while I was not present. He coordinated the removal of fill to be trucked off-site and even used excavated boulders to landscape edging of my property. For such a large project, every step was manageable, and Rob made it easy for me. He even took the initiative to beautify and finish off my yard with a specialty vent pipe, loam and grass seed. It's just beautiful. He takes the extra step to make sure his customers are happy. Rob is licensed and keeps up with trends and training in septic regulations, setbacks, state and town requirements--the entire process. I have recommended Rob to neighbors and friends already and will continue to do so.

He worked with my from the beginning on carefully going over all the work that he would perform. The details were not listed on the estimate but he did perform all the work and details that we had discussed. The work was delayed in waiting for an inspection by the towns safety officer. NO comment. He had to move his equipment a couple of time due to inspection delays but did not complain or attempt to charge more. Do talk to anyone that will be working around trees and shrubs that you may vaule prior to hiring them for the job. It will be good information for the home owner and the contractor.I paid in full the same day the job was completed because I was very satisfied with the entire experience as it pertained to this contractor.

Rob and his crew did a fine job re-decking our dock and repairing the existing dock that was damaged. Over all quality was very good and we've since hired him again for other projects.
