Service was excellent. My boiler was not operating properly and Family Mechanical was able to get me on their schedule with minimal wait. When the technician arrived (which was on time) he was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and correctly. He also was very informative in explaining what he did and and explaining other things to keep an eye on to hopefully extend the life of my boiler. I highly recommend this company to any one looking for a trustworthy HVAC tech, Thank You!
