Overall all our projects with Caulder Construction have gone extremely well. We've been happy with the work performed. This last project was installing a brand new septic system along with building new retaining walls. The only complaint I really have is the fact that the state inspector who covers the entire northern region of NH is not as timely as one would like since he is the only person covering the north country and we had to wait for his return from vacation to get approvals. The retaining walls look beautiful although there is a distinct difference in the construction depending on whether you get Rex's most experience guys to operate the backhoe or his junior work force. For complex jobs, be sure to ask Rex for his most experienced. We have and would hire Caulder Construction in the future without any reservation. Of course we haven't yet seen our final bill for this last job so I'm assuming about $25K will cover what was an initial $17K quote but I did add extras ;-)
