They are very good. We are very happy with them. We have looked around in the area and spoke to other companies and we decided to go with Keith. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He had a great selection of flooring and the installers were wonderful; they are great. They were professional and they did a wonderful job. We were really happy with everything. It was a pleasant floor that they put down and we were very happy with it. They were also very neat, they cleaned up everything. They answered all my questions. I really don't like having people in my home because we have had other people in the home and we had a bad experience but they were wonderful. We'll have them back again. They were on time and they did the job. I had no problems. They worked right through. They were also very professional. I think that was what I really liked about them. They were very professional from Keith to everyone in the company. The installers were very professional too.

The saleswoman was inexperienced and no help in pulling the whole bathroom together, the stone accent tile was grouted incorrectly, there were cracks in tile that had to be replaced after the surround was built that the installer didn't notice. When I finally found an accent tile I liked, it became "indefinitely out of stock." The saleswoman urged me to go with white field tile for the surround, the floor, and the shower which is way too much, and a non-white grout with the white floor tiles, which always looks dirty. The border accent tile had to be cut out on one side to allow for the shower door frame--after it was installed. They seemed to be over their heads with this project--I felt like I was their first customer to use pebbles and glass. They are unresponsive and do not have a high standard of quality and craftsmanship. I would never use them again. Four months later, some areas of grout are separating from the tile in the shower and we're still waiting for them to fix that.
