I hired the maids to clean my condo after some renovations were complete post purchase. I explained the depth of cleaning needed and was given a reasonable quote. The morning of my service, the time of the appointment was switched, which was hard to manage with my work schedule. When they did show up the cleaning I requested was not completed. They did a very general clean which would of taken me about an hour to do myself (3 team members showed up). I let them know and was issued a refund only for the hours they showed up and my $150 deposit was kept. I would not recommend this service.

Cleaning was OK. Scheduling a nightmare. Wouldn't give us a set day and time even though regular customers. Had to make arrangements to have pets out of the house and this was very inconvenient without a regular schedule. Understand the need for high productivity but not at the customer's expense.

They promised 4 people and only two showed claiming that they had too many appointments. They missed large areas in the house where surfaces were never touched. The product used on the wood floors was such a high gloss that when both my wife and I stepped on to the floor we both fell. They did pay for my wife's chiropractic needed after her fall. The price was high and the number of overlooked areas were there was dust including under furniture and tables amounted to our decision not to reuse them even when they offered a discount price to correct.

As you mentioned, we usually have four staff members per team, but illness caused a number of staff members to be out of the office, therefore only two team members, one being a field manager cleaned your home. They cleaned certain areas well, but they didn't clean the top of my cabinets or clean the cobwebs from the ceiling. They came back out to clean the tops of the cabinets since their advertising stated that they cleaned everything. Portions of the house were cleaned well, but anything that needed extra effort was not cleaned. They are very professional and punctual; I just thought that their pricing was a little too high for the quality of work done.

There are normally 4 people and they clean the home in an hour to an hour and half. They are very reliable and they have a full staff so that they can always come when scheduled.

They come in a team of 3 and go through the house. The house wasn't excessively dirty ... but just needed all of the surfaces clean so I understand it takes a lot of time. They were there for probably 2 to 2.5 hours (what you need to remember is it would equate to a normal person being there for about 6-9 hours). I believe they charge something around $149/hour for the team ... which again does seem high but that's for 3 or 4 people.They use their own cleaning supplies and their own vacuumes. They take the trash with them. I love the smell of the products they use ... very clean and fresh.
