Every aspect of the process went well. We dealt with Mark G. and he was receptive to what we wanted to do, had some great ideas of his own and participated in the installation phase to make sure everything went as planned. The only reason I rated "Price" as a B and not an A is because I just didn't realize how much a kitchen can cost. It ended up costing a little more that we had originally wanted to spend, but the end result is worth every penny. When we are ready to redo our master bedroom/master bath, we will go to Mark.
The installation contractor Mark recommended was Rich Jalbert of Exeter. He and his crew were outstanding! We were really impressed with the attention to detail and craftsmanship that they demonstrated. Cleaned up every day and went out of their way to accommodate us.
