I trusted Richard the owner of Arcstar to do a thorough inspection. He hardly inspected the property, He missed major problems with the foundation of my property that will now cost me a fortune, He missed completely rotted posts in my barn and I had to point out to Richard what I thought could be potential problems. Do not waste your money Arcstar does not care about customers, His inspection was over in 2 hours, I would have never have bought this house if Arctar gave me an Honest Inspection. Horrible and Incompetant!

EVERYTHING WENT AWESOME....WENT THROUGH THE HOUSE I BOUGHT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AND SIDE TO SIDE, RECEIVED A FULL DETAILED REPOT WITH PICTURES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARCSTAR FOR ANYONE WHO WANT A FULL QUALITY INSPECTION
