We had Dan power wash our house that has vinyl siding as well as our small deck. He did an exceptional job, was friendly, courteous and prompt. He did an amazing job.

Dan Simone of Simone's Pressure Washing returned my call promptly and showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. The side of the house we needed him to pressure wash had green algae all over it and looked horrible. We were also concerned about our ancient windows with the force of the water hitting them, but he was careful around those too.
He stopped several times to review his work and make sure it was perfect and he hadn't missed anything.
The side of the house sparkled when he was done and was bright white once again.
He also did our deck too and spent time on the railings as well to get every single spot of dirt and cobweb off of it for us. He was very conscientious and made both the house siding and the deck look brand new!
Price was very reasonable anyway (the above cost was without coupon), plus there was a coupon from a recent mailing, so it was a fabulous deal.
Not only is he a hard-working professional, but he is a super nice guy as well. Highly recommended!

Dan arrived early and went right to work. He did an exceptional job ..The last time we had the house pressure washed was 2009i and it needed to be done. You can tell he takes pride in his work..I will use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Above and beyond everything we expected! Dan was very professional and friendly and really got the job done. He did an outstanding job; he didn't just power wash our house, but he also did all of the windows, doors and even our front steps! Our house looked amazing when it was finished; we couldn't believe the difference. We would highly recommend his services and we would certainly use him again!

Dan arrived when he said and got right to work. The job took about 2 hours. He really took his time and made sure he sprayed every nook and cranny of our deck and rails. As per our request he even did the posts under the deck that had accumulated some algae on them. I couldn't believe the difference in the color of the deck as he went along. Wow! Who Knew.
Dan was very professional, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were satisfied with the results before he left. We would hire him again and would recommend him to anyone.

This was an awesome experience. I recieved a good price and excellent service. The final work was better than expected and I would certainly use Simone again!

Dan was right on time both when coming to quote the job and do the pressure washing. Not a drop of water came thru where we have window air conditioners, the flowers and shrubs were not disturbed, and the job cam out fantastic. Got rid of all of the mold, mildew, bugs, pollen and grim that had built up over the years. Would highly recommend Simone and have marked it on the calendar to make an appointment for another washing in 3 years.
