We could not have been more pleased with our selection of Ryan Norman. The quality of work was outstanding and Ryan worked closely with us to keep us on budget while still enabling us to make the desired changes that came about as the job progressed. Ryan and his team transformed our small two bedroom cottage into a beautiful house. We have nothing but praise for the quality of work performed throughout all phases of the job. Very positive experience. Workmanship is superior - qualtiy work and qualtiy materials. Communication was outstanding always knew exactly what they were working on and when they were going to be there. The general contracting was outstanding and the laborers they hired also top notch. Would definately would use them again and recommend Norman Properites.

Overall, we have been quite pleased with the work done for us. We had a variety of work done for two independent projects. The work involved indoor and outdoor work and required a number of subcontractors all managed through Norman Properties. The workmanship was high quality and the projects were completed according to plan in a timely manner. We will certainly use this group again in the future.

We originally had planned a kitchen remodel but we ultimately decided to add an addition and expand the master bathroom and closet as well. The project became very complicated but Ryan managed the planning, subcontracting and scheduling of work masterfully. We worked together to design and implement each step of the addition/remodel. While bad weather did delay new construction, all proceeded timely thereafter. We are very pleased with our new kitchen, flooring, and bonus room. Our master bathroom is twice as large as originally built. This project has definitely increased the value of our home. Thank you to Norman Properties!

The man he hired to do our interior work only finished half due to illness. Ryan came down and assessed the work completed and together we agreed on a very reasonable charge. The job was only to take approximately 2 weeks but in fact stretched out to about 2 months. None the less he did the right thing.

The job started on June 19th. Work was completed the week of August 20th. It took two months to complete a rip out and replace of cabinets, minor electrical and paint. Contractor communicated all delays, but it was really just poor scheduling (i.e. electrical after counter installation, patching existing wallboard the days before painting) that led to an extremely long project. Ryan is communicative, but this job dragged on far too long. The intentions are good, but a rip out and repair kitchen project should have been better managed.

Quality work, reasonably priced, very attentive and responsive. I give Norman Properties and Development and unqualified recommendation.

We are very please with our new bathroom, it's a perfect addition to the master bedroom. During the demo and constrution phases a dummy wall was built to seperate the work space from the rest of bedroom, that allowed us to still sleep in the room. The craftmenship was excellent, and the work was done on time.
