Carl Malm, owner and project coordinator, was extremely helpful and responsive to all calls. He was very knowledgeable about all things contracting and although window installation is not his particular area of expertise, he was willing to answer as many questions as he could and find out the answers to everything else. We interviewed 12 contractors before choosing Home One - Carl's price and professionalism sold us. The actual work was done by a sub-contractor in the business for years. The sub-contractors were also very courteous and experienced. The work was completed within 3 days of starting the job, with little to no mess. There were a few minor issues with the installation - but both Carl and the sub-contractor were more than willing to accommodate us and were very pleasant, even when returning to correct the issues. Carl followed up with us to ensure all was done correctly. We will be using Home One for future projects.
