I probably saw their truck somewhere in the neighborhood, and called them. They are excellent. Because I am a good customer of theirs, they didn't charge me a penny for the last time he came and fixed my hot air problem. Once, when we had a lot of snow, he came and shoveled the snow off my roof, and when I asked him what I owed him, he looked at me, wished me a Merry Christmas, and left.
