Description of Work: Rented me an apartment for me and my pregnant wife and 2 kids know a family that large would come with a certain amount of noise. And is now trying to ask us to leave because his broken down cheaply remodeled building isnt sound proofed so tenents can hear eachother through the walls. I have kids sometimes there bad and I have to raise my voice and at 5pm in theeevening that shouldnt be a problem considering its within the legal noise ordinance and is expected when u rent to a 5 person family. The stairway banasters where hlf busted when we moved in and have progressively got worse the walls are falling apart the doors to my kids rooms up stairs both jammed them inside there rooms on very hot days having to be forced open. The top step in my stair way is trashed and dangerously on an angle makeong it hard to walk on almost dangerous. Our porch light hasnt worked sisnce day one with a porch that isnt even at the very end and a huge trip hazard. The nieghbors can hear us due to the self admitted by Bill that are just plywood over door ways and even though thats his responsibility he wants to kick me out for it instead of fixing anything its easier to kick a family out on the street. I dont recommend u by rent or trust from oyster river real estate.
