 + 0 moreDesign was done by an employee of limited design experience. I was not told of the designer's limited experience. Contractor that was hired by Patti was more interested in doing other jobs which were higher profits. The job that should taken about four weeks went on for about 6+months As a result of poor design and workmanship, the whole project had to be ripped out and re-done to a cost of $25,000. Another company completed the second job which had no connection to kitchens by Patti. The design and workmanship of Patti's job was so poor that a mold problem occurred. This resulted in having the siding removed from one side of the house and a new outside wall put in. Totat cost this this mayhem: $60,000. I should have used the second company first. Patti claimed no responsibility was to the original work.
