I told him the purpose for cutting and trimming the trees, and specified those that I wanted to keep. He made several good suggestions to help achieve my purpose. He arrived about 15 minutes earlier than he said he would, and stayed about an hour longer. Where he had worked, it looked almost vacuumed. He used good judgment in trimming branches to maintain the tree's health and keeping branches as a visual screen. I've recommended him to friends who have reported the same experience with him as I.
