Description of Work: Dalyn re-pitched a copper gutter that was not draining properly and they installed copper "gutter topper" on my copper gutters.

Description of Work: I had new gutters put on my entire house. It was a rather complicated job with many roof lines and a wrap around porch to be taken into consideration. The individual that came out to provided a quote was extremely thorough - spending a lot of time taking measurements and pictures. He then provided me with a detailed drawing of my house with all the proposed gutters and downspouts. I was very concerned about having visible downspouts on the front of my house. With the exception of one downspout, he was able to keep all downspouts out of view. The only complaint I would have (and it was really not a big deal) is that I was told the scheduling person would call to set to up the appointment and after waiting over 2 weeks with no call I finally called to ask about scheduling. Once I spoke with her, she was able to get me on the schedule within 2 days. The 2 guys that came to install everything were great! They had a detailed report about my house and knew exactly where everything should go. They were even able to eliminate the one downspout on the front of the house! They also fixed a facia board that had rotted and told me about a couple of problem areas that I need to keep an eye on. When the work was done, they took me through a detailed review and discussed proper maintenance and areas that I should pay special attention to (areas with lots of trees hanging over). I was very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend this company highly.

Description of Work: They installed a gutter and downspout on the back of our home. They also cleaned out the front gutter and reattached the existing downspout.
