C. A. Miller recently installed a new water heater for us switching from propane to electric. Since we purchased our house in 2013 they have done several projects for us i.e. replacing toilets, shower faucets, fixing leaks etc. and they are great to work with. This is a second home for us and we are usually only there on the weekends so most of the projects have been performed when we are not there. They take the time to understand our needs and I appreciate that they are responsive, and offer prudent advice. When I inquired about a tank less hot water system they took the time to explain that given the way we use the house it did not make financial sense to make that investment. I also appreciate that I can trust them to work in our home when no one is around. That is invaluable to me.
