Fafard was great. They kept to price and schedule, communicated well, cleaned up. They even came back Christmas week to do one last job that was put off until some painting was done.

These guys are great. They were completely professional from start to finish. Jim and Mike provided a detailed quote, made some recommendations and provided a start date. Due to a wet Spring, they promptly notified us that they would need to start a week later than originally planned and arrived on-site as promised.
They cleaned up the work area daily and made sure that all the nails were picked up. They were open to changes and improvements as the job went along and informed us, up front, what the additional requests were going to cost to preclude any surprises.
I can't say enough about how good these guys are. They are detail oriented and focus on the job they are on instead of jumping from one to the other in an effort to keep everyone happy. They completed the job on schedule and charged exactly what had been quoted, with no hidden or surprise charges.

Quote of services was professional and fair. Updated us with actual start date. We requested additional services and they provided us with amendents to contract. I was impressed with their workmanship, QUALITY is important to them. I WILL request their services in the future when we build the garage extension.

Those guys are fantastic. I would give them great reviews. They did some work in my personal house in 2005. They do great work. It is a brother team of Mike and Jim. They come out when I need them. They are always on time and they do a great job. They go over and above what they need to in order to get the job done. They are fantastic and they take a lot of pride in their work. They are a general contractor so they brought in their subs to do all the other stuff. It took about 2 months to complete the project. Once they got in there, they just hammered it out and did a good job. I like the pride they take in their work and they do what they say they are going to do. They always stay within their budget and estimates. If things are over, it is because we agreed to add something to the contract. They do a great job of estimating and sticking to their estimate. If things come in under budget, they credit me. They are great. They are a little bit more expensive so I don't always use them.
