Lately, I called him for a small, non-emergency job and also to look at a heater. He never returned calls. He blew off two appointments. I would prefer to keep using him but I have to go elsewhere because it has been a year now and no show.

They did some good work for me. The price was reasonable but then when I called them back for something minor, they never did the work that they were supposed to so I stopped using them. It was too bad because when I gave them the big job they wanted it, and then for the little job they kind of blew me off. So the work that I'm doing this summer I wouldn't call them anymore and I would use another one. I liked them when I used them last summer, they did probably $2300 worth of work for me and they did it quickly and properly. The price was a little on the higher side but I thought he was a great guy at the time. He didn't do the job that I asked him to do this past winter because maybe it was too much of a hassle and not worth his time so I wouldn't use him again.

Work was professionally done at a reasonable price. Reece has also done routine plumbing repairs. He responds quickly and does the job right the first time.

Newfound Plumbing has done work for us before. They knew us and realized it was an emergency and came quickly to assess the damages, order parts, and then do the work. We were able to inspect the work area before they finished. I think they did a great job. I feel fortunate to have someone I can trust to call for plumbing and heating problems.

He came out on a Saturday. He cleaned it out as much as he could. I no longer have the filter in my house. Everything is working just fine. I have worked with him before on a simple plumbing job. He responded immediately. He brought someone with him to help him. He promised to come back if there was anything wrong.
