We run a property management company I have been using Keith Corriveau for the last 22 years. Two summers ago he re-roofed the first roof he ever did for me at 19 Russell St. Keith has also done vinyl siding for me at 2 Russell, 19 Russell, 10 Winter St. 10 Pleasant St, 115 Main St. and 1 Pearl St. Plymouth, NH. I have had he and his crew roof many buildings over the years.
Keith finishes what he starts. He is fast and thorough. He flashes chimneys and repairs siding as needed to properly flash. I always have him go 100% ice and water shield. Out of 20 or so roofs he has done for us only one ever leaked and he came right back and fixed that one free of charge even though it was years later.
Keith cleans up with a magnet during the work so there are not nails lying around. Sometimes he talks a little fast and loud but he is an honest straight shooter. If you have any questions feel free to give me a call.
