All went as expected. The only thing I did not like was he did not nail the subfloor down first. There are creeks in the floor in 3 places.
If you go with him, you should nail down the subfloor before the wood flooring arrives.

Rich was prompt, efficient, friendly and the price was reasonable compared to other estimates. The floors are just beautiful and he did a great job of cleaning up after. I couldn't be more pleased. I referred him to friends who were also very happy with his work. I highly recommend him.
