It was a very old garage door. He took all of that out, all of the old metal, and put on the new metal tracking. There is .5 horsepower engine. It is extremely quiet. Most people didn't come close to his price, I got a lot more for my money. They were quiet nice and I follow them to the different home shows. They are definitely someone I would like to find and recommend on Angie's List.
