Roland is a small contractor. I found him through a friend. I received quotes from other contractors who did not give me a good feeling. I felt that were going to make a good profit on all the extras and problems. Roland worked with me on all issues. I was a pain in his butt, my words, not his. I have an old house where the sides of the house are not plumb and bottom of the walls do not align with each other. Roland made everything work, a little extra time, but it was worth it.
He is very easy going, takes his time to make sure it is done correctly.
