Very good! Dana was on time,professional and very pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain things to me and also helped me explain what was done and what needed doing to PSNH when he determined there was something wrong with either the meter or other piece of their equipment. After completing his part of the job,he cleaned up,returned things the way I had them and swept my floor. He even returned to my home to talk to the PSNH repairmen when they came to repair their equipment. Dana impressed me as the type of person who wants to get the job done right the first time and is willing to go the extra mile to make it right. I would definitely use him again.
