Allan and his crew worked very diligently and performed the required services with meticulous detail. Allan helped with making decisions and provided suggestions to make sure the detail work accentuated the overall structures. He gave honest opinions on contrast colors and whether they would add or detract to the overall project. His suggestion on having the railing cap along the length of the breezeway stained to match the doors to the end structures instead of matching either the trim or structure colors was inspired and gave the finished project an very distinctive look.  He was very neat and tidy and the work space was always cleaned at the end of each work day. The overall time for the project was slightly over the estimate given, but that was due to more detail work than anticipated as the job progressed. The extra time made sure the primer and each coat had the optimal time to dry. There was absolutely no disappointment on the job progress or workmanship.
