Even during a pandemic it still felt like getting a real home inspection. He was able to still discuss items with us as they were found and suggest some changes to better improve the health of the home. Will absolutely recommend his services to friends and family.

I was looking for a mobile home and used Rocco twice, I hav e experience with home inspectors as my father was one for many years. Rocco was excellent. Knew his stuff,was friendly and professional. Incredibly helpful and professional!

We hired Knight Home Inspection for the inspection on our first home. He was friendly, intelligent, thorough, and straight forward. He went out of his way to explain all of our questions in great detail. We would definitely recommend Rocco to anyone looking for a home inspector, especially ones with little kids....he included a "Monster Inspection Report" for our 5 year old son!!

His inspection was thorough and he explained everything to me in laymen s terms I could understand. Furthermore his documentation is stellar! Rocco is extremely personable. He truly wants his customers to understand the workings of their homes. Rocco gifted me with a book for first time homebuyers, outlining and highlighting the typical maintenance my new home will need in each season. Rocco was thorough, yet efficient. He pointed out how to use new-to-me items in my home (air filter, electrical fuse box, propane tank, water pipes). He found some defects (cracked window, dented wall) that I was able to request be fixed by the builder before closing (and they were fixed!). Rocco spent extra time teaching me about my windows, security, basement, and air quality. I left my home inspection feeling confident that my home was safe and ready for me to move in, and I feel like I can call Rocco in the future if anything comes up with my home. I appreciate Rocco's diligence and patience, and I would recommend him as a home inspector to anyone in the market!

I have never had an inspection done before so had no idea who to call. Rocco was recommended by Home Advisor. He was very punctual,explained the process and got down to work. He pointed out the issues that he found wrong and answered all our questions. Very easy to talk to. I would recommend him and would also rehire him.

State of the art equipment used; very helpful customer attitude; and general overall good job. Not a complete 5 because of an omission which I spotted but was not subsequently corrected after it was requested. A phone call would have been better rather than omitting the second time around.

Rocco did a fantastic job for us on a quick turn-around inspection. He took time with us to explain all of his findings and recommendations, and he put everything into context for us so we could understand what needed remediation right away and what could wait. We highly recommend Rocco!

I must say that Rocco was a very thorough, in addition to, exceptional home inspector. For the issues that were found during the home inspection, he would explain them to both my Husband and I to make sure that we understood what the issue was and what was entailed to address such issues. Rocco was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend both him and his services highly. The drone that he used to view and video the condition of the roof was great. Rocco used modern technology to the fullest extent. The report was submitted within 48 hours and was a wonderful bargaining tool.
