Steve & his crew did a GREAT job. Proposal & estimate were detailed and easy to understand, and there was no pressure for us to sign. His crew was fast and respectful, and their cleanup was thorough. Steve insisted we do a final walk through together to be sure we were happy with the work. 100% recommend.

D’Eramo Contracting has the knowledge & integrity the service industry has been lacking. Steven is a wealth of knowledge in roofing and other business endeavors. For new owners of a multi unit we were blessed by him & his crew. A very very small damage to a removable dog fence happened. Steven reported this to us & said he could replace it if the tenants wished. As a soon as it was reported to him he made things right. He shipped a new fence to the tenants. This was so honorable! We need more contractors like this one!

Steve did another excellent job for us (his second job for us).  This was a large project with a full size barn, two car attached garage/breezeway, and 1760's colonial house.  He removed all the old roofing, with 4 or five layers on the house, and replaced with asphalt and reflashed the large center chimney.  He accomplished this with his team of about 4 within about three weeks of starting.  He even came back to replace the barn lightning rods after one part needed replacement for collateral damage, and resided part of the barn next to the garage where reflashing was needed.  As usual his price was fair, and the quality excellent.  Very highly recommended

D’Eramo Contracting just finished installing a new roof on my house (4/11/14) and I have nothing but positive things to say about Steve and his team. After researching over a dozen roofing companies, I narrowed my search down to six prospective companies (all of which were GAF master elite) and interviewed each roofer. The quotes I received were all over the place and ultimately I choose D’Eramo Contracting because out of all the roofers I met with, Steve had a very competitive price AND was the most detail orientated. The job took a little over a week and entailed replacement of an old skylight as well as replacement of the entire roof. From start to finish, Steve and his team were extremely professional, clean, personable, and courteous. It was evident that they took pride in their work and the end results were amazing. I probably spent a good 30 minutes admiring the job they did after they replaced the first segment of my roof. My only regret with the project is that I didn’t get in touch with Steve sooner. On a side note – if you are considering a skylight replacement, spend the extra money and go with the Velux Solar Skylight. It is really worth it.

The remnants of hurricane Sandy passed through in late October 2012 and tore off significant portions of my roof. It rained a good portion of the night into attic and a closet area located on the second floor. D'Eramo contracting was the only contractor who physically inspected the roof, that is, actually ventured onto it. The roof was temporarily covered by another contractor Band B contracting with a plastic tarp. (See other review for Band B). D'Eramo Contracting was able to schedule the work within 10 days of the damage. It was a two day job. One half of the roof removed and replaced on one day and the other half the next day. Clean-up was very good. A few minor pieces of asphalt were left behind. They had fallen into some shrubbery so they are forgiven for not finding them. We now have a much better foundation for the asphalt shingles. You could actually see through the previous random boards that had been installed back in 1938. The shingles were hurricane nailed to help prevent future extreme wind events from tearing off the new roof.
