Frank was very professional, informative and personable. He did a quick inspection and gave estimates for repairs to an old "fixer upper" I was trying to buy. He seemed very knowlegable on what needed to be done to make the home habitable and gave what appeared to be accurate estimates for the repairs needed.Repairs ranging from replacing the front sill to repairing the gables were needed. The purchase deal fell through so there was no work done but I had a good feeling from the encounter and would hire them if needed for future work in the area.

We were overwhelmed with the thought of having to upgrade our home and deal with a lead paint abatement that was put on our home several years before we purchased it. We were referred to Frank from a family member. We gave him a call and he put our minds at ease right from the beginning. We set up weekly meetings to go over progress and talk about the next step. He took care of scheduling everything and working with all the contractors. We were living in our second floor apartment and had an empty apartment on our first floor due to a relative who recently passed away. Franks crew completely repaired and remodeled the first floor so we could move in it and then started working on the second floor apartment. Working with Frank has been a pleasure. He is always calm and willing to hear any ideas that you have and explain anything that you do not understand. His prices are fair and is willing to talk about different options to suit your needs. Frank has helped us change our two family home, that we were a little embarrassed of into a home that we are proud to own, want to show off, and anxious to rent the second unit to another family whom we feel will be proud to live here too. The job went excellent. Even with bad weather they were always prompt professional where into a major problem and had to re frame he entire soffit our hard still came in on budget and beautiful done.
