Jesse was thorough, helpful, and instructive. He gave advice on things we could do that wouldn't be demanded of the sellers (i.e. insulation of attic pulldown and changing washer hoses).

I have purchased 3 homes in.my life and had 3 different home inspections, but Jesse was the best by far. He was gracious he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He believes in providing you with a quality home inspection at a reasonable price. He also provided me with a list if contractors and a book entitled "Now that you have had a Home Inspection" which is a 96 page maintenance book. This book describes each system in detail and us easy to read and understand. I would never use anyone else but Jesse and Xtra Mile Home Inspection Services. He is the best by far. We arrived on time for the inspection, and Jesse was there before us. He was very professional and thorough, and he answered all of our questions. He even fixed a minor wiring issue during the inspection. The inspection cost was very reasonable, and he provided us with a detailed binder that included tons of information including home maintenance. We were extremely happy with his services.

When I called to schedule the appointment I was immediately impressed with Jesse's courteous manor and helpfulness in answering all my questions and felt he had very fair pricing. For the inspection, he was punctual, dressed professionally, very courteous and knowledgeable. My husband walked around with him the whole time and told me he was very impressed with Jesse his attention to detail. The report we received was also very detailed with photos and all we could need to become familiar with our new home and what needs to be done before purchasing. I would highly recommend Jesse at xtramile, and will be sure to do so every chance I get, the job he did for us lived up to his name!

When I arrived, Jesse greeted me professionally and friendly and immediately answered my questions about the process. He invited me to be his shadow during the walk through and encouraged me to stop and ask questions as we moved through the house. His demeanor and kindness towards me helped alleviate some of the anxiety and nerves I had. Jesse has a great background for this work and is well educated on each area of home systems and operations. His knowledge and history proved very valuable in this process. Jesse was very thorough and took pictures of elements of the house during the whole inspection. He pointed out areas for me to address and care for as a future homeowner. He was very patient with me and happily answered all questions I had. He took his time, was methodical in his process and did an outstanding job. The report arrived within 24 hours and was easy to access, professionally presented and comprehensive in scope. This, along with a large binder of info, will be a very valuable resource for me moving forward. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better home inspection experience. If you need a home inspector, look no further...this guy is AWESOME!

It went excellent! Jesse was very thorough. He really went the extra mile as far as I'm concerned. He saw I had incorrect screws on my electrical box & went ahead & replaced them all for us. He didn't have to do that. He explained and talked us through the entire process. Gave us great advice on things to do to help with the house. I really trusted everything he told us & very much better knowing what I do now about this house. His final report was very detailed & helpful. He left us with a book on the entire process & with additional information that I have already found very helpful. I highly recommend Jesse for your home inspection.
