I did something I've never done before for a significant expenditure:   I walked up to their Kiosk in the mall (after leaving the Apple store to see what their options were) and ordered "We Fix Wireless" services.   I am glad I did.  The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.   The repair was done in 2 days (within their estimate range; although like most mobile device owners, I was hoping for the quickest time within the range).  They did a great job restoring my iPad, especially given the condition the case/screen was in (the device itself was working fine after being dropped).

They won't fix it. It is under warranty, but they want me to spend another $60 for them to fix it. The screen is now changing colors, it is messed up.
