It just seemed to be very lengthy. It is a dealership so they are trying to sell you a lot of things. I know they are doing their job, but I just felt like we were there forever. They gave us what my husband wanted. We reached a compromise. They were doing their job. It took a long time. We were there in the showroom longer than we we expected, but they had to talk to the manager and this and that. I don't think it is specific to their dealership I think it is how all dealerships work.

They didn't charge me for anything because it was under warranty. They seemed organized. They have a whole bunch of service people and they have people coming to greet me when I drive into their garage. It's pretty nice. Toyota usually does a good job. That's one of the reasons why I buy Toyotas. The car had a good price. It was at the end of the year and they were trying to do their inventory. I had a Toyota before and I was in an automobile accident and it was totaled, and I walked away from it. That made me very happy. That's one of the reasons why I bought another Toyota. It withstood the impact so well. I had a hybrid and I really liked it a lot but I didn't want to spend the extra money this time because gasoline prices were a lot lower than they were when I bought my other car so I bought a regular Toyota. I feel as though the quality of the manufacturing is not quite as good as the other one was. It's not that it's not a good car, it's just that it's not as quiet as the other one was. It performs fine, but there are just a few little points. Their responsiveness is fine. If I call up to say something's wrong, they make sure that they get me in. Their punctuality is fine.

The key was the brakes. They were able to clean and lubricate the calliper pins so that the brakes worked properly. If I had to have the callipers replaced the cost would have been much higher. I was very happy with the overall service visit.

The service team in Toyota of Nashua are very professional and punctual. I always schedule my appointments online and they are always ready to take my car when I arrived. Last time when I scheduled my appointment online, there was a promotional offer: the first XXX people schedule their service online can get a $10 dunkin donuts gift card! When I arrived, they gave one to me!

The car was purchased in 2003 at Toyota of Nashua and my daughter has always had problems with their maintenance dept.
.In this case it was a recall on passenger side air bags they left a spray can of brake cleaner in the engine compartment ?( why did have this for an air bag?). This went undetected until today. My daughter has had good luck with her car as long as she does not take it to TOYOTA OF NASHUA ,N.H.for any type of work.
