Tidy Troops Cleaning Service

Excellent, could not be happier. I would highly recommend Tidy Troops Cleaning Service. My house is left spotless after every cleaning. Lori is prompt in returning calls and very flexible in scheduling cleanings.

My wife & I recently hired Lori and Donna to perform a thorough cleaning at our home, overall we were very pleased with their work. They are very easy to get in contact with, we called and they came! We will definitely be using them again in the near future and would reccommend them to friends and family!

I intentionally waited to have Tidy Troops come three times before reviewing. Let me say this, three times is certainly the charm.
For the third time now, when they leave and we walk into our home, we are impressed. So much so, that we keep looking around (I do the white glove test) and keep oouing and aahing at how clean and polished everything looks and feels. With bare feet the floors feel clean, the shower wall shines, the kitchen counters are spotless, and all surfaces are dust free.
The professional and lasting job that is done gives me the incentive to do all the other things that have to be done to keep my home in good order. I know that if we have a surprise visitor, I won?t be concerned about the appearance of my home.

I had this housekeeping service for about 2-3 months. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of their work. Several times there were crusted food pieces still on some cabinets and kitchen table and chairs ( we have 3 young boys :)). We also discovered some spots on the granite countertops that were not completely cleaned. Lastly, we discovered several spots on several occasions on the floors that were not completely cleaned. On two occasions they had to reschedule with us due to "car issues." When we decided to make the service aware of our concerns, they told us that they would no longer be able to render us service. Instead of addressing the concerns or at least discussing them, Tidy Troops decided to drop us. Apparently, they did not appreciate constructive criticism. I would not recommend Tidy Troops if you are interested in value, customer service, or having your home being completely cleaned.

This is a great cleaning service. I have them come on a monthly basis. They are prompt and do wonderful work. The price is very reasonable, too.

I have had these house cleaners several times, and have them booked for future cleanings. They are very prompt and courteous, and although other cleaners also had high ratings on Angie's List, they called back promptly and quickly the first time, while some others didn't call for a week, and some never returned my call.They gave me a good estimate, and a very good deep cleaning the first time they cleaned my house. They come once a month, right at the time they promise and work fast and efficiently. They literally run up and down the stairs, getting right down to business! They bring their own cleaning supplies, but ask my preferences for cleaning certain things, like the hardwood floors, etc. I'm always happy to see my nice, clean house after they are finished.Overall I think they are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

I will continue to use their services in the future.

They do a fantastic job. I've used several other cleaning services before but no one has met my satisfaction until I met these two ladies. They are prompt and professional. When I come home, I know they have been here. They do not require me to move knick knacks and such. They actually use scrub mops to remove dirt off the kitchen floor. I had a certain budget and they have been very accomodating and flexible in terms of working out a good level of service of my budget.
