They are so easy to work with - they have great ideas on how to implement/fix the things I want done. My home upgrades are usually custom and not the "usual" situation. They are able to work with my creative products/solutions. Example: for my washer/dryer area, I requested custom doors that slide into the opening rather than swing out into the hallway. The sliding mechanism for these (heavy, solid wood) doors that was used was very high-end and something that is not frequently used on doors of that size. They were able to work with their team of painters, carpenters, installers and craftmen to make these doors work like a charm.
I have used them on several projects in my home. They are detailed, clean and tidy, don't leave a mess behind, very conscientious about their work. They communicate with the home-owner with ease.
I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors through the years. Most of my neighbors choose Tandem for their kitchen remodels, bath remodels, lake house building, etc. They can do it all it seems like.
They can do simple fixes like changing out a light switch to building additions and complete houses.
