"Customer had a small leak in the skimmer area that we repaired and left a bill for, this bill was outstanding for many weeks, customer wanted more work scheduled but office is instructed not to schedule more work when previous invoice has not been paid. I told customer to pay the bill and then call the office to schedule new work. Customer made payment and then never followed up with calling the office back to schedule new work."

Had to wait for right conditions. PW showed up without having to remind them. Pleasant surprise to come home and find the work done.

They've been doing work for me for probably eight years. They are very reliable. They come when they are scheduled to come. They do a little extra when required. For instance, I had back surgery and they just took the pool cover and put it away for me in the basement which is not normally done. Everything is working well and is very good. They've done repairs for me as well, and it's always been a good and satisfactory job. I will use their services again in the future.
