Description of Work: I used them for pool closing and opening- which they performed reasonably at reasonable cost. I also asked them to diagnose and fix a pool leak. They made one attempt which was not successful. I tried to get them to come back and complete the job - they basically never responded. They looked like a promising outfit but this episode left me utterly disappointed.

Description of Work: Came out and checked my motor for my pool pump. Gave me advice on how to serve en it which ultimately saved me $500 that another pool service was about to charge me to change it out. Charged me nothing for a service call that was responded to immediately. Will be using for all future calls.

 + -1 moreThey've been doing work for me for probably eight years. They are very reliable. They come when they are scheduled to come. They do a little extra when required. For instance, I had back surgery and they just took the pool cover and put it away for me in the basement which is not normally done. Everything is working well and is very good. They've done repairs for me as well, and it's always been a good and satisfactory job. I will use their services again in the future.
