The people are very nice, they have a nice reception area, and their bathrooms are very clean. They talk to you about what they find before working on it and we drive 45 minutes to go to them. We feel they are worth the extra distance and we would highly recommend them as well.

I've been maintaining my Honda Accord here for 130K miles so far after also purchasing the car there. The service
department has always been very professional and forthright. There really hasn't been much that needed servicing
on this car but I've always found the work I did here to be competitively priced (with the exception of tires and brakes)
and always done right. I will keep having regular maintenance done here.

From the beginning I felt like I was wasting their time. The service adviser that checked me in verified what services I needed but spoke to me like he didn't care. I was dropping it off for the day and using their shuttle service to get to work. Dropping me off they didn't have a problem with but when I asked about getting picked up once the car was ready, he gave me a look of annoyance and said they'd try to do that. The driver for the shuttle was courteous and responsive to my needs and got me to work in Hudson safely. I got a call about 2 hours later indicating my brakes needed replacing. I asked about the seat belt and he sounded surprised like I hadn't mentioned it before and again said he'd try to address that problem. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon when I got a call saying everything was done and that they'd get the shuttle to pick me up in half an hour. It really took 45 minutes. When I got back to the dealership, I looked over the service performed and everything was explained clearly. They did not however address my seat belt problem again. It didn't appear on the receipt anywhere that I even asked to have it looked at. I asked to speak with the adviser that helped me and he had left for the day and the manager was on vacation that week. This makes it now 2 times I have had it brought in for this problem and it has yet to be repaired. With the way I'm treated by the advisers and given clear annoyed looks, and not getting parts replaced or fixed that I ask for, I don't feel they are worthy of my money for car service.

Update: I had my car worked on at another dealership and discovered my seatbelt problem was because the buckle for that seatbelt was under the seat and works correctly. This is something a Honda Service Center should know about and not be saying that a part needs to be ordered to replace it and then not even ordering it after 2 visits for the same problem. That and my rear brakes had not been working properly for sometime putting more wear on the front brakes you recently replaced even though you claimed the rear brakes were good.
