Smitty was the best! He and his staff did what they could with my
machine. Unfortunately, it was a computer board problem, but they gave
me my options and took care of sending it to the factory for repair. It
works like a charm. Great communication and customer service

They are competent in what they do, honest, knowledgable, and trustworthy. I think the prices are good. They have good customer service.

They can fix or repair anything, they can do sales, service and large scale sales to schools. They are like a little hole in the wall but are the neatest and cleanest. They are wonderful and nice. If they can't fix something they will tell you options. They also have a lifetime warranty for everything. They are the perfect business model. They don't hold your vacuum cleaner as a hostage for some huge repair bill.
