They were punctual. They completed the job in 2 consecutive days, and we could walk on the floor in between. I never met the workmen but my wife said they were nice. One guy did the tear down and installing the new underlayment. A 2nd guy came to do the installation of the finished floor. The new vinyl floor abuts a hardwood floor and the joint is well done. I'm not sure how competitive the price is. It seems a bit high to me, but the floor was a gift.
We did call them back once because there was a lift where the vinyl met the hardwood. They promptly came out and fixed it and the fix has kept.
However, there are a few things I'm not pleased about. They damaged a cabinet removing the trim. The damage is very noticeable and no attempt was made to fix it or make any restitution for it. In some cases, the toe kicks and trim were sloppily put back on. And the floor creeks despite me mentioning specifically that I'd like that addressed.
This company has done work for friends of mine and that work was excellent. So based on that, and my own experience, I would hire them again.
