They did a great job, and cleaned up all the glass that was scattered around from the broken pane.

Very nice people to work with. Responded quickly, quality of workmanship is excellent, price is good and very neat.

Would highly recommend them and will return to them for future work.

I stopped by their shop on a weekend and spoke with someone who apparently lost my order. I waited a couple weeks and finally touched based with someone else. They apologized and guessed it was lost in the shuffle. Anyway, within days they came out and installed a large mirror and it's exactly what we wanted. The cost was far better than anything else that we found online. 
We'll definitely be calling them to install another bathroom mirror and shower doors when we've finished renovating.

Russ was great! When I initially called, he was able to quickly answer my questions and scheduled the installation of my shower door for the next day. When he came to perform the installation, he found that the door was not measured correctly, due to another contractors mistake, but was able to resolve the problem quickly and finalized the installation in about 1 hour (including clean up). I would highly recommend these guys for any glass or mirror installation (and next time will use them to order my glass shower door and not the 'other' contractor who needs a new tape measure).

They did an excellent Job, they were conscientious, they cleaned up after themselves. Everything blended in well and the price was good.

They did what we asked them to do but it was not a very complicated job. I do not remember how much they charged us for the service but they were perfect and they did the job fine. They were experienced people. The company is owned by local people and it has been around for a while now. I do not remember being disappointed on anything about them and I would recommend them.

It took a long time to get them in. They came out several times to re-estimate and we had to keep after them to to bid and do the work. The principle guy was in the hospital so they may do better by others.
When working they are meticulous and professional and do a great jon with skill and care..

I ordered the windows and when I brought them to have the frames swapped to the new windows I was greeted by the most pleasant man, Leon. His professionalism and experience left me with no doubt this was going to be a good resource for all my glass needs. The job was done to perfection at the cost quoted, ALMOST, It seems one of the windows was only dirty and he told me so and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. How refreshing that was. I special ordered these so I felt like he may be stuck with my mis-ordered item and tried to compensate for my error but Leon wouldn't take my money. I have gone back since and have had only positive results.

We contacted Nashua Glass about faulty seals on many windows we had bought from them within 5 years. Leon, the owner, came out to measure the windows. We requested a better quality window, for which we paid the difference, since we had not originally been given an option for a higher E product.

Over the next year we called repeatedly to ask about the status. He did not return phone calls. We went to the office repeatedly to get an answer and were told various stories-- that the manufacturer had not responded or sent the wrong window or size. We called weekly and seldom were able to talk to Leon.

We finally threatened to involved the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. Finally we got the windows installed. When we were remodeling a bathroom some vendors suggesting contacting him for glass shower doors. We told them all not to recommend him.

In the end he did apologize, but we were very unhappy with his and quot;service.and quot;

Great service, good professionalism. Dave came out to view the work to be done on the day and at the time promised. Dave called with an estimated price shortly after the visit, as promised. The glass had to be ordered but was ready in the time frame originally estimated. While waiting for the glass to come in, we brought the screen frames to their shop and they repaired them and brought them back when the came with the glass for the door as promised. Overall a very pleasant experience - no surprises, everything went as planned. I believe Dave said it would cost $600 for the sliding door glass and $40 per screen to be repaired. I think they fixed one screen without actually replacing the screen itself and thus didn't charge me for it.
