Motivated's work was great! He even suspected and confirmed in my car manual something that I didn't know: that the Odyssey takes an unusual grade of motor oil. He made sure he had plenty on hand before coming to do the work. One of the things I particularly liked was that he said I could watch him or not; whichever worked for me. When I was watching, he explained everything he was doing, which was quite an education! I only wish this service had been around when my kids were younger -- trying to keep two wiggly kids occupied at a commercial oil change place for half an hour was such a trial that I know I got behind in my maintenance schedule. With Motivated, that would not be a problem. I expect to continue using Motivated; he'll keep me from forgetting my oil changes and other car tasks.
