Suzanne was incredible! She caught every conceivable moment on tape and did so in a non intrusive manner with professional equipment and professional results! She taped for pretty much 8 hours and left us with two nicely edited and arranged compact discs full of memories! I would highly recommend Suzanne DeWolf and Masterpiece Video!!! I will definitely be using Suzanne's services again for other family events!!!

I found Masterpiece online via a google search. After talking with Suzanne on the phone, they sounded like a good match and I set up a consultation. When I met with Suzanne, I got to see some of her work and it's very good! I hired her to videotape my wedding ceremony and agreed to buy some DVDs after I got back from the honeymoon. A few weeks later, my parents asked me to hire Suzanne to videotape our reception as well. So I called and asked for that and Suzanne happily agreed to do it. I sent her a supplement to our initial deposit to seal the deal. I didn't hear from her again until the morning after the wedding. I was informed after the ceremony that the videographer hadn't made it. Fortunately she was okay, but she had forgotten to come to my wedding. She left a very sweet and apologetic voice mail while I was away and agreed to send my deposit back. When I returned, I called her and she would only accept partial responsibility, stating that I was supposed to confirm the week prior (and there is no mention of this on the contract). A bride, I should mention, is extremely busy in the month leading up to the big day and should not have to babysit the vendors. Certainly I could have done this with all the vendors; however, it wasn't necessary. The other 6 people I hired to support me that day called me and confirmed in their own time and were where they were supposed to be that day.
