Masi Plumbing & Heating

Badly. I hate writing bad reviews but this experience was epic. Poor quality on the heating system install leaves me with exposed pipes as the registers sit so high. Septic gases vented into the master bathroom due to poor design of the waste water and below grade effluent pump system. They forgot to install the thermostats for the master bedroom zone and the lower level zone. When they came back to install the 2nd floor master bedroom thermostat, they connected it to both bedroom and lower level zones. I discovered this months later when I went to turn on the heat in the lower level. Much to my surprise, no thermostat. After installing the third thermostat, they connected the bedroom thermostat to the lower level and vice versa. Another visit to switch them around. I know they are sick of coming here and I am tired of seeing them. Some plumbers are very nice while others are quite rude and act like they are doing you a favor. The work is finally done but I wouldn't hire them again. I can't imagine that even with all that I paid to my contractor for the plumbing, they can't have made any money.

I am a DIY’er so I do a lot of my own plumbing. Finding a shop that caters to the pros but is willing to help someone like me get the right materials and information to correctly complete a plumbing job is invaluable. Masi is such a shop. They have pro level supplies at reasonable prices and are always willing to answer any questions and explain the steps needed to finish my plumbing DIY. I highly recommend them.

It went very well.  They are convenient.  The people are very nice, they do a good job, they could have done right the first time, and usually cost right at that what they tell me it is going to cost.  They are very professional.
