I am getting ready to sell my house and it was a huge dirty mess after having 3 dogs, 5 cats and 5 people living in it. Enrique and his team came in and went right to work. When they were done my house was so amazingly clean! They did a great job and were quick and efficient. They were worth every penny paid!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Hired MAJA as a gift for a family member. Paid $270 (3 hour minimum) for only 2.25 hours of work with 4 people. Would have insisted upon an additional 45 minutes of cleaning if onsite. Not offered any discount for leaving early. With the rate & minimum, I'd only hire again if I was certain that there was 3 hours of cleaning.

"Dear (consumer name withheld per their request.), I apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the time. I would like to use this opportunity to clarify our company policy, especially for any potential client looking to hire our services. As I mentioned to you the first time we talked, for the type of job that fit your needs, our cleaning services fee is 3 hours minimum charge. Keep it mind I did not see the house nor the condition it was in so I couldn't have an exact idea of how long it would take to get the job done... it could have taken one hour or six. I would also like to point out that our employees were asked not to work on 2 of the bedrooms which easily could have taken at least 30 minutes (between dusting, polishing, vacuuming and mopping). Therefore, by the time they finished, there was nothing left to do according to what we discussed and agreed on over the phone. Consequently, there was no point for our employees to stay for an extra 45 minutes. Aside from this, we were also confident that we fulfilled all the of the client's expectations as he was very pleased and let the employees know about it. We work very hard and provide our best in every single project that we do and our reviews are the proof of that. We really look forward and hope to be able to serve you again."

Enrique is the best! He contacted me and was out to the job site to provide feedback and a quote within 24 hours. He responded to my phone inquiries by actually answering the phone! I had a family emergency and he rescheduled my job happily. The team that was out did a fine job with my major cleaning. I highly recommend MAJA. I will have them back monthly.

Enrique and his team arrived exactly as scheduled and started their work immediately and never stopped! They were all very pleasant, friendly, professional, personable and very thorough.
