KEVIN'S TREE SVC

This company needs a crash course in customer service. I called yesterday and the person on the phone spoke to me like I was a telemarketer. She didn't even identify herself, or the company. I had to ask TWICE if I had the right number because I was looking for the Tree Service company. Finally she passed me over to a man who scheduled an appointment for today at 8am. At 8:30 I called because no one had shown up. Well, the man was "busy" and had "business" to take care of. Guess my fallen tree wasn't "business enough to call me and let me know he was running late. He asked AGAIN, for my address and said he would TRY to be here in another half an hour (mind you, I have already been waiting for half an hour). I told the secretary that I would wait but f he was going to be late he shouldn't even bother showing up. She said OK. Then, called me back and told me I had a bad attitude (I've been waiting for half an hour, and I have a bad attitude, no kidding!), so he isn't coming. I said thank you and that was that.
