The realtor assigned, Bob James, provided prompt, professional service in support of the sale of our home. He created a strategy for listing and timing with regards to when showings would occur and offers would be accepted. This strategy proved to be very successful as our home sold in 5 days. Bob was thorough and very engaged throughout the process. He completely understood the market and did a great job of researching similar homes to come up with a fair list price. We sold within 2% of our asking price. We couldn't have been better served.
