Description of Work: The sectional that arrived was not as ordered - the ottoman came in a different color than ordered and the salesperson was not kind or understanding regarding returning and reordering the correct ottoman. She in fact mispresented what I had agreed to when ordering the ottoman. I actually had an e-mail at the time of ordering explaining what I had ordered - she still was not kind.

Description of Work: I went to Jordan's furniture to purchase a mattress because they promise next day delivery if the mattress is in stock. This promotion is heavily advertised on TV and in their on-line ads. I live in Mass but went to NH to purchase the mattress because the mattress was going to be delivered to a NH destination. Let me add I live a town away fromthe Reading MA store and would have purchased it there on the recent tax free w/e. I figured it was more likely to get next day delivery in the same state so I went to NH. First of all the Sleep Lab computer was broken so there was none of their "exclusive computerized technology" available. I purchased the mattress and boxspring and it was in stock. They asked when I would like it delivered and I said tomorrow or the next day, Saturday. I was told that delivery wasn't available to that area until September 1st., TWO weeks away! I asked the "sleep technician" about their offer of next day delivery. I was told that's the best they could do. I argued it was false advertising but she wasn't interested in my complaints. She did say I could pick it up right then at the warehouse across the street. Unfortunately I was in a bind and needed the mattress ASAP so I did pick it up. I called Jordan's furniture customer service when I got home. My first call I was told that the salesperson made a mistake and they were sorry. They said there was nothing they would do for me. I called back to speak to a manager and was given a $50.00 dollar credit. I don"t think $50.00 covers the gas or time involved in two round trips to NH in one day, never mind dragging a mattress and boxspring up 2 flights of stairs! I would not do business with them again. I feel their advertising is false and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
