"Hi Member - thanks for the review! At Harry W. Wells & Son, Inc., we take customer service to heart. I'm sorry to read that you were dissatisfied with your service, but there are a few things you've left out that are rather important. You had service from the same plumber each time that someone was dispatched to your house. That plumber has been in the field for more than 25 years. NH does, in fact, require plumbing licenses and all of our plumbers are licensed. While they all work under the corporate license, they are required to carry their own plumbing licenses as well. I'm a little confused about some of your comments...Such as the leak under the sink was a month later, not a week later, which could have been caused by any number of things. Sometimes we place things under the kitchen sink a little more roughly than we intend and with new hoses under there that may or may not have been in the same place, it might take some getting used to putting things under there without hitting the hoses and possibly loosening them. Also, you state that we had the nerve to bill you for the time we took getting parts for your job. While I can appreciate that people expect us to carry every single part for every single faucet ever created, this is a difficult task. Our plumbers stock the most commonly used parts on their trucks, but when a customer is asking us to install their own faucet (as you did), it's nearly impossible for us to ensure we have all the parts necessary in stock. We do our best, but we would have to drive tractor trailers to come even close to stocking everything (that would give us quite a gas bill!). You also fail to mention that, even though it was a month later and anything could have happened, you weren't charged for us having to come back and reconnect the hose and we credited you the hour you were displeased about for him having to get parts for your faucet. As I said, we try very hard to please all of our customers, and we were under the impression that you were satisfied after this job was complete. It's unfortunate that you weren't, and I'm sorry there was nothing we could do to make you happy. We wish you all the best!"
