The winter of 2015 was a very memorable one for our church. We had numerous ice dams that poured water into the church and damaged 11 rooms. We were in a crisis for several months. We hired Gregory J Home Design to replace carpets throughout our church. They were very professional, efficient and fun to work with. I would highly recommend them.The church looks absolutely stunning now.

From the time we called for an estimate to the time the job was completed it took less than a week and a half. Greg the owner came out measured the job and his installer John and his crew came a few days later to install. Greg was very professional as well as his crew. I would highly reccommend these people!!! I will definatly use them again should the need arise. Not only do they do flooring but kitchens and baths.

The owner Gregg helped us a lot.  He helped us pick the carpet and the hardwood floor.  His installers did a great job.  We've received several compliments on the work.  I highly recommend him.
They initially came out to do all of the measurements.  John, was very cordial and very friendly.  We mentioned that we were selling a king size bed and he even put us in touch with someone who bought it from us. He gave us great advice.  The hardwood floor installers were friendly as well and gave us advice on how to maintain the floors.  They left us some pieces of the carpet and hardwood.  Gregg himself came by a week later, did a walk through and made sure we were very happy. 

From the very beginning, Greg was wonderful.  He promptly returned my call and was personally out within the week to take measurements and explain the options for the install.  He was very thorough and up front with us about what exactly he was planning to do, telling us what needed to be done and what he simply recommended be done, as well as what would look best.  He provided prices for all these options, and we ended up going with the most comprehensive option.  Once we put down a deposit, the materials were ordered, and once they arrived at Greg's warehouse, we scheduled the install.  
Installation was great, the guys that did the actual work were very friendly and knowledgeable.  They took the time to explain everything they were doing as they were doing it, again giving a great level of transparency to the process.  The install was supposed to take 3 days, but only took 2 because the sub-floor was in better shape than predicted.  The finished product looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier!  We have a few other projects around the house that we plan to do with Gregory J Flooring in the future.  Not the cheapest, but the highest quality work out there!

While the price was a little more than we expected. They were prompt, professional, and most importantly for us, finished the job on time.  The floors are beautiful, and the carpeting is great.  I'd definitely do business with them again.

From the time I went to their store to the time the carpet was installed was a matter of a few weeks.  Gregory J himself came and did the estimate and walked us through the entire process.  His workers arrived on time, were very neat, and the job was done to our complete satisfaction.  I even rec'd a call after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied.  These folks know how to treat a customer right.  I would use them again in a heart beat!

The owner is extremely honest, professional and a joy to work with.  Once the crew came on the premises a few changes were needed and the company was willing to make changes within minimal impact to schedule.  This company did a great job of estimating work to be done and completing the job timely and efficiently.  The company worked clean and neat.  There were some minor schedule hickups, but overall Gregg's Flooring did everything possible to make this a good experience.  I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We were impressed from start to finish. Gregory and his team were helpful at every step, from ideas to measure to installation. This must have been a small job for them, but we were never treated like a small job. Being new to the area, it was a delight to work with such pleasant professionals who clearly enjoy what they do, and we will certainly use Gregory J again and recommend them to others.

The flooring was installed in a timely manner and the end result was top quality.  Two years later they still look great.  Would definitely recommend them for any type of flooring.

Honest advice during the carpet selection process.  Excellent, attentive service during installation.  The installation even included the installers moving the furniture.  And Greg insisted on a follow up visit after everything was done just to be sure there were no problems or hidden issues.

NICE folks! Prompt. Worked with me and the dogs to make sure we could get through the kitchen to the bathroom and the back door Arranged for man to unhook/hook up the gas stove. Did a careful, masterful job all around. Moved appliances and furniture and put them back. Cleaned up completely. LOOKS NICE!! I will use them again for rugs in hall this year.

Great experience from selecting the flooring to the installation and follow-up. Pricing was reasonable. Installation was fast and professional. We have used Gregory J twice and will continue to go back for flooring needs as well as for a backsplash project we are thinking about.

It went okay. I was satisfied. I wasn't happy with a couple of things with the kitchen floor and they were going to come back and fix it. Then my mother got sick so I never followed up but they did say they would take care of it.
