Brought in a Winco tri fuel generator with a Briggs & Stratton engine that would not run. Paid $75 diagnostic fee up-front. They called me and stated it needed a new carburetor and a spark plug and they would get parts availability and lead time. Then they called and stated the manufacturer (Winco) no longer carried the carburetor (for a Briggs & Stratton engine) and they only dealt with OEM parts. So, they offered to dispose of the machine or I could pick it up. I said I would pick it up. Then they tried to add an extra $50 charge to dispose of the fuel in the tank. That was refused - they could put the fuel back in the tank. On inspection it looks like they never removed the fuel in the first place. I was able to order the exact parts on Amazon and will repair it myself. I do not feel that they gave fair value on the diagnostic and did pretty much nothing for the diagnostic fee. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Every person who came to work on this project was professional, friendly, courteous, and they all did their part well. The town inspecors(electrical and plumbing (gas)) passed everything on the first inspection. The price was very competitive and the workmanship excellent. The owner, Doug Larter, and his staff organized the whole operation well, and we are very happy with the outcome. They cleaned up after every stage of this complex, multi-stage process, and kept us in the loop with each stage of work to make sure we understood what they were doing and that we were happy with what was being done as it progressed. We look forward to enjoying the comfort this generator will provide for us. Doug even sent us a thank you gift upon the completion of the project. Thank you, Doug!
