Satellite TV Equipment Service
WE CALLED THEM 4 DAYS LATER, WERE GIVEN A RUN AROUND AND TOLD THEY WOULD CALL US BACK. I CALLED BACK 4 TIMES OVER THE NEXT WEEK, SPEAKING WITH THE STORE MANAGER AND THE DEPARTMENT MANAGER WHO ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF US. AFTER TWO WEEKS AND NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL FROM THEM, WE RETURNED THE SYSTEM.
