I paid him 6% commission, which is the standard. I think he is very professional and honest. He is very interesting. It is very hard to find someone like him in real estate these days. He will tell me like it is and he will tell me the truth. He is very organized and very good at his job, which he does quickly. I have used other realtors before him. I was trying to sell the condominium for years. He sold it within a few months. He is really good at what he does. He outshines all the realtors I have used before by miles. I will recommend him as a realtor. I will use him again in the future.
