Small company so they concentrate on one job at a time (i.e. they turned up almost every day until done). Some work subcontracted, but construction work was in-house. Very flexible in that they were OK working with us doing our own plumbing & HVAC (using our own contractors), electrical and finish woodwork. Worked with us to quickly resolve issues as they arose. We had an issue with a bad lot of bead board (which subsequently shrank) which they resolved to our satisfaction. Their rubber roof work is not the best - we had a big leak after just 2 years, but they quickly (same day) came out to repair it without charge. Nice bunch of folks too!
